Refund policy

Last updated 6 August 2026

1. Try before you pay

Every feature is available during the free trial, on your own computer, with your own data. We would much rather you find out during the trial that the software does not suit you than pay and be disappointed.

For that reason we ask you to complete a trial before purchasing.

2. Fourteen-day refund

If you buy a licence and it does not do what this website says it does, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full.

You do not have to justify the request. We will ask what went wrong, because that is how the software improves, but the refund does not depend on your answer.

3. After fourteen days

Refunds after 14 days are considered case by case. If the software has a fault we cannot fix in reasonable time, you will get your money back for the unused part of the period.

We do not refund because a licence went unused, or because a business closed or changed direction.

4. Renewals

We email a reminder before a licence expires. If a renewal is charged that you did not intend, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.

5. What is not refundable

Custom work — bespoke invoice designs, data migration or integration — is quoted and charged separately and is not refundable once the work is delivered.

Enterprise agreements follow the terms of their own contract.

6. How to request one

Email us from the address on your account with your licence key and the date of purchase. We reply within one working day.

Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method. Your bank usually takes five to ten working days to show it.

7. Your data

A refund does not delete anything. Your records are on your computer and stay there whether or not you keep the licence.
