Terms and conditions

Last updated 6 August 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Inubiz Book. By creating an account or installing the software you accept them.

2. Your licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software on the number of computers permitted by your plan, for the period you have paid for.

The licence is for your business. You may not resell, rent, sub-licence or share it, and you may not publish your licence key.

You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer or modify the software, or remove any notice of ownership from it, except where the law expressly allows.

3. Activation and devices

The software must be activated with a licence key tied to a verified email address. Each activation registers a computer against your device allowance.

You may release a computer at any time from your dashboard and activate a different one with the same key.

If we detect activation patterns consistent with sharing beyond the terms — for example one licence validating from a large number of computers — we may suspend the licence and will contact you before doing so where practical.

4. Your data and your responsibility

Your business records are stored on your own computer. You are responsible for keeping backups.

The software writes automatic dated snapshots and provides a manual backup tool. We strongly recommend copying a backup to a separate drive or cloud folder regularly.

We cannot recover data from your computer. We do not hold a copy of it.

5. Tax and accounting

The software helps you produce invoices and reports in the formats used in Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates. It is a tool, not professional advice.

You remain responsible for the accuracy of your records and for filing correct returns. Have your accountant or filer review your figures.

6. Availability

The desktop software works offline; day-to-day use does not depend on our servers.

Our website and activation service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance. We aim to give notice of planned work.

7. Payment and renewal

Licence fees are payable in advance for the period chosen and are stated on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

When a licence expires you keep access to your existing records and can print and back them up. Creating new documents requires a current licence.

8. Liability

The software is provided as is. To the extent the law permits, our total liability is limited to the licence fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

We are not liable for lost profits, lost data where you have not kept backups, or indirect losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the software at any time. We may suspend or end your licence if these terms are breached, in which case we will tell you why.

Your business records remain yours and stay on your computer.

10. Governing law

Specify the country and courts that govern this agreement before you begin selling. Have a qualified lawyer confirm the wording for the jurisdictions you sell into.

This document is a starting template and is not legal advice. Have a qualified lawyer review it for your jurisdiction before you begin selling.
